Tamiya 1/18 McLaren CanAm kit

I was in Tokyo today and came across the highly anticipated (well for me anyway) McLaren CanAm machine. Until now there is only box art on the website although I spotted a fully built kitset on display.

Tamiya Plamodel Factory in Shimbashi had it for the world to see. I snapped a few pics on my iPhone so apologies about the quality but I was quietly happy with the quality of the kit. I am guessing they will be releasing a 'McLaren' Orange to go with it perhaps? October 30 the kit is on sale here in Japan.

Enjoy the photos.
