4.3 replacement tbi to vortec

hello guys..
a long time since my last question.. so here's a new one...

i have a 1990 blazer s10 with the 4.3 tbi intake all original.
the engine of the truck it's not working..
so i want to swap my old 4.3 1990 engine to a 4.3 vortec 2000 "from a astro van"

my question is... theres a problem to swap these engines??
i know that i have to change the intake and sensors to get work like the TBI..
or there's other factor that its a bad idea to put a 2000 engine to my 1990 truck..

please help...

there are differences in the engines?
