300m heater blows cold
The heater only blows cold air, took suggestion on where to find code, shows a 23 what does this mean?

Sounds like a bad t-stat. Where does your temp gauge read?

Keep it on for some time and check if it turns hot or is it still same. and it also better to check that in the garage.
