egr
I just put on a brand new egr, cleaned out the tube under the egr. and still having the same problem. does anyone have any ideas

Eh, what problem? Probably EGR insufficient flow? Clean the passage going INTO the intake. The tube coming up from the exhaust rarely clogs.
