Enzo Ferrari question
![]() Hey guys, For the Enzo Ferrari, most of the parts inside the passenger compartment are made of carbon fiber. Can anyone tell me what is the rear bulkhead trim made of? The part in question is part number 31 in picture. It is the back flat portion of Tamiya part E10. I went through a lot of reference pictures but there are none that focus on this part. Most pictures that show it are either too far to show any carbon patterns or are too dark to see reflections. This lead me to believe this rear bulkhead trim is made of a carpet material, but I am not absolutely sure. Thanks! Marco |

Re: Enzo Ferrari question
The part you asked for (31) is cover by cloth (black). And the upper part (smal stripe where the seatbelts are hooked up) is covered with leather
From some distance it looks like carbon fiber but it actually is cloth!! Regards mike |

Re: Enzo Ferrari question
Thanks guys for the replies!
miko, I can't see the pictures you posted (going to url leads me to somewhere I have to sign in for), but I know there has to be some non-carbon parts in the cabin that works like padding. The fact that there is a storage net on the rear bulkhead trim started my suspicion that the carbon fiber is covered by something else. What kind of cloth is that? Is it floor carpet kind of cloth or seat kind of cloth? Would flocking be a better way to represent it or just flat black paint? |
