1997 Ram Van 2500 Overheating

Ok, I checked the hoses, wiped everything down, poured more coolant in the radiator and let it run idle with the air on. After about 10 minutes I looked underneath and could see a light spray of coolant being blown about by the fan. I turned the engine off and it was definetely hot. The thermometer guage inside the car showed almost halfway up, so I think it was getting even hotter because usually the gauge sits at about 1/4 the way or less. When I looked underneath the van with the engine off this time there was no leaking coming from the radiator. Instead, the coolant was moderately running down, dripping off the belt that is near the radiator fan. Any guesses out there?

Take a look at the bottom of the water pump. There is a hole under the pump shaft called a weep hole. If coolant is coming out of there then it's time to replace the water pump.
