'89 Full Size BLAZER - TIMING ?

This is a Crate 350c.u. 351H.P. 400TRQ.
Set base Timing, Connector Unpluged, Plug the connector together & the Timing has Jumped 20° WTF! New - ECM, Distributor, Coil, Module, Knock sensor. Dont have a clue what to do next.

did you set base timing to 0*?
