ABS Light after pad change.

2001 Beetle. I changed the rear disc brake pads on my daughters car. After I did the ABS light stays on and the brake light blinks. Brakes work fine. I did remove the calipers to get the pistons back in. So I did have to bleed the rear brakes. I did not bleed the front. I have a good solid pedal just the lights stay on. Thanks
