Mark 2030 brake control wiring

Need help please. I have this Tekonsha Mark 2030 brake control from my older suburban which I do not have. Any advice on what wires go where? I have a white, blue, thick red and a black coming out of the unit here.

Thanks a ton for any advice

Terry

the wiring colors for these controllers are usually standard. this is to aid in the install.

white is normally the ground, red brake control switch, black positive fused feed from battery, blue to the trailer brake unit.

I don't have this exact info on your older unit, it is possible the colors are different.

post back how it worked/failed ..
