96ram 2500 v10 engine swap with 95 no start

can you please tell me what went wrong i put a 95 v10 in my 96 ram 2500 i used all my original part on the 95 i installed now it wont start i get a intermitted loss of crank shaft or cam signal code do you think they changed the cam gear from those two years that maybe could be the problem i went over and over all pin conectors i did the wire harness to computer test and i get the 5 volts to the sensors if i missed any thing could you please help frils.....
