1999 Money pit overheating

I have a 1999 base caravan with the 2.4L engine that is kicking my ass.
It runs great and no engine light but sometimes the a/c compressor cuts out and the temp goes way up. I changed the coolant sensor, fan relay, radiator, and removed the thermostat. I drove it for 2 days and all was good. No water in oil. If you turn heat on and start driving the temp goes drops right away. After temp drops you can switch a/c back on it all is good.....for awhile. Its not losing any coolant. And after changing the fan relay and turning a/c on both fans started running in 30 seconds.

HELP
