No Defrost

Hi I do not have any Defrost. My ac, heat work. But i cant get any at the windshield. i checked the vacuum hoses. they all seemed to work. I changed the accuator and changed the heater/ac selector. They didnt work.
I have done the search on here and all i could find was about the Bleand Door. That does not seem like that would be my problem? Also someone said about a Gear in the Back of the truck. Again, that didnt seem to be the problem. If anyone has a thought please let my know.
i have a 2006, v8, 5.4.

can you feel air in defrost mode
does it sound normal in defrost mode
check to see if defrost vent is clogged or off

No I Cant hear it any movement or noise when switching into Defrost mode.

A very little comes out in any of the modes

no. there isnt really any sound.

Ok I will check to see if the Defrost vent is off or clogged.

P.S.
How Can i check that? It seems like it is all in a Box under the dash. Is that where it would be? I will try and find it.
