my car doesn't wanna start all the time

i have a rps180 with the sr20 inautomatice too. does anyone know why my car will not start on the first time? i have to give it gas to start it most times. one more question my car will bounce rpms sometimes while im driving ,its always around 2000 rpms to 3000rpms. i thought might be a mafs or throutle sensor. any answers will help. thanks

Check your throttle position sensor and turn up your fuel pressure if you can...maybe youre not getting enough fuel when you start.
