Everything Flickering

i just put in a brand new alternator and battery on my 00 civic ex, and now all the lights flicker, and when i take my rpms up to like 5000 my rpm needle starts bouncing everywhere and all the lights start flickering even worse. i got my alternator and my battery tested at autozone and they said everything is working fine, so i was just wondering if anyone knows what the problem might be. i also put new terminals on the battery and a new ground wire.

check the ground wire off the alternator, maybe you forgot to put it back on.
