i personally like the "modified" version, but it still looks great in the original

its an original picture, the second one has been modified. In the same way that I haven't actually taken the headlights off the car, I've just taken them off the picture.

eh nah I'm not real fussed on the lots of lights style. Having said that, while the original pic makes the front of the car look a little "busy", I think I like it more than the modded one, even though it does look cleaner. damn decisions lol

I suppose if I ever did get around to building myself a 69 fastback, I would make both sort of grills, one with lights and one without, and have provisions in the wiring harness for the extra two lights

Oh and another question.

What do you think would look better, having the original chrom trim on the car, or removing all of it, shaving the drip rails etc, and flush-mounting the glass?
