1991 prelude surging up and down at idle

I need some help guys because I'am stumped! About two months ago I replaced the head gasket in my 1991 prelude (2.1L) put it all back together and started it up and it started to surge up and down at idle for five mins. and stoped. I drove the car non stop for two months and it began to surge again at idle... which is embressing. The car dosen't lack any power, I tryed to clean the throttle body with cleaner but it didn't change things. If any can help me with this problem.... I be happy to hear for anyone.... any idea will help. P.s. I can't find any vaccum leaks, I used propane to check for leaks.... is there any other way?

my 97 civic was doing that when I flooded my Tranny, after replacement it stopped so...

cuz this forum is more active and would provide a better answer than the prelude forum maybe? alot of people in the 4g and 92+ forums are very knowledgable with alot of cars other than hondas

and check the intake mani over and over make sure everything is connected, also replace the thermostat

it could also be the tps,map sensor, or iac valve. also check your coolant level and make sure that its topped of in the radiator and overflow tank.
