You want to take a crap on your car? Dude thats gross...

And your right, its a Honda - your not going to get incredible horsepower gains from I/H/E ... save your money, or if you must buy one - go on ebay and spend like $30, youll thank me later when you get the same results and save $100+

just cut the shit out of the bottom of your stock airbox and run some dryer piping, hell of a lot cheaper, and it gets colder air than a short ram intake does ...

If you are looking for horsepower, its actually a good mod. If you are going for looks, then look elsewhere. Im sorry, but i dont subscribe to the "UNLESS YOU BOUGHT IT, IT SUCKS" theory. I admit its ghetto, but it does do its duty.

The intake I have was just a bent tube, and then a K&N filter. No problems, and sounds good.

The cold air intake is a good idea. I got mine off of eBay for $34.
There is one downfall, and that's if you live in a place with lots of rainfall. If you're driving in lots of rain, you should make a little cover for it out of a clorox bottle or something (I know, it'll look like hell), but if you suck up some water, you'll be sorry.
One of the benefits of the stock honda 'Choke Your Motor' intake, is that it's nearly impossible for water to get down that little tube.

PS-I live in New Mexico. It's drier than a mummy's ass down here.

Thumbs up CAI's kick ass

Who says the mighty 1.5 doesn't need to breathe? It needs love too

I actually bought this to go on my ZC, but I have been a lazy bastard and haven't done the swap yet.

(Also notice non-ghetto bypass valve, for water ingestation problems..we've had about 12" of rain here in the last week )
