Crankwalk!!!!!
ok i know what it is , its when the thrust bearing goes..
so i have some question about it.. how do you know when you have it.. well the clutch fell wierd.. also if you fix it will it keep occuring? and what is the permant way to fix it.. thanks 1

On my car the symptoms were that the clutch would stick to the floor on lefthand turns and the clutch made a clikking sound when pressed down.
You can fix it on a 7 bolt engine but it will happen again, the only permanant fix is to swap in a 6 bolt engine. 7 bolts are in the 2g eclipses and the 6 bolts are in the 1g eclipses. The best thing to do is swap in a used 6 bolt and rebuild it with performance parts like I did, then it will be bullet proof. |

does all 2g's have crank walk?
and any other way of fixing it?

Most do but in 98 they switched to a 3 peice thrust bearing. You can just keep replacing the bears but it will keep walking.
