Question stock wheel question

the stock alloy wheel that the 89-94 240sx, are the 15x6.5? if so can i mount atleast 205 width tires on these wheels. i found a very good deal on the stock 15 for my 91 coupe, there 70$ per wheel. i'm hoping this would work out because i'm trying to save some money and pick up a few other things for my car.

Do you even own a 240SX? The reason I ask, is because anyone who owns a 240SX knows that there are two tire sizes that are factory options: 195 or 205/60/15.

gee, seeing that i was 11 when my car was new i guess your right, i should have known what the factory options were. you could have just answered the question with out coming across like a pr*ck. i do have more importnant things in my life to do than memorize obscure 240sx facts like the 91 factory options for tires sizes.

it's kinda common knowledge... its in your car manual.

$70/wheel is too much, go get some nice rims from dohccivic off of ebay, you can get some good looking 15"s for like $300/shipped for all 4.

13B's have a tendency to blow up. i would choose a 240 over an FC RX-7. why? i just like them better and know more about them.

i was looking for the fc rx7 turbo 2(second gen) and i got such a great deal on the 240sx i didn't want to pass it up. besides i didn't feel like paying the costs of refurbishind a delapidated 13b-t. i had $2200 in the bank at the time and that doesn't buy much when your talkin about an rx7 turbo2. i would like an SR, but i have no idea when i can swing the extra cash for it, maybe august or sept. if i could have afforded an FD i still would have considered the 240sx tho considering what i could do to it with the money i woulda spent on the rx7.

How about next time I just dont answer your question, is that better?

You dont even need your ownership booklet to know that one, there should be a sticker posted in your glovebox that states the recommended tire SIZES and PRESSURE.

I didn't know that... now I do

I thought the SE alloys were 16 inch rims... guess I was wrong...
