Graphic "manipulation" program besides photoshop? TIA

paintshop is ok, but photoshop is the highest level of perfection for graphic manipulation :bandit:

I personally prefer Paint Shop Pro 7... it's a lot more user friendly, and I can do most of the same stuff I do in photoshop.
