My Dyno Results

The Dyno was taken when I had the V-AFC installed. I don't know if they tuned the cam gears or fuel pressure. I have not dynoed it after I installed the JDM Header. So, this was before the JDM Header. I'll post the actual sheet when i get it scanned.

(B16A SiRII)
DYNORUN.001 Max POWER=116.8 Max TORQUE=101.0
DYNORUN.004 Max POWER=154.3 Max TORQUE=109.0
DYNORUN.009 Max POWER=156.3 Max TORQUE=112.5

DYNORUN.001 Was On V6 Settings. NO V-Tec.
DYNORUN.004 Baseline vtec 4900
DYNORUN.009 Baseline vtec 5100

So, is this good or bad results. (156.3 HP w/ 112.5 TQ)

dunno if its a typo, but u jumped up about 38 hp from run 1-2? j/w wut happened there, cuz thats a HUGE jump. which mod's did u have then? cuz...thas about 20hp to the wheels over stock. not questioning IF those are ur numbers, jus wondering howu did it.

No Typo. I accidently reset the V-AFC to V6 settings and there was no V-Tec. But, the guys at the shop corrected it.

ok...so those are ur mod's that give u some more power...im sorri, i forget, which b16 do u have? the a (j-spec) or a2/3. cuz if its the j-spec...completely understandable...bout 15hp over stock...

but IMO 25 is kinda outta reach for simple bolts...

why is your max power 156.3 HP? I dont know anything about dyno so sorry if this is a dumb question... i thought then engine itself was 170HP?

i would say those are good results and you won't really see to much more hp in an all motor application.
my friend has a 2000 B16a2 with>>>>
JDM ITR tranny
CTR pistons
Spoon head gasket
ram air hooked to stock Si box
Spoon carbon intake elbow
paper filter
JDM header w/ top heat shield
test pipe
Apexi World Sport exh (painted flat black)
USDM P30 ECU
Skunk2 OBD2-OBD1 Harness
Hondata stage 4
Skunk2 cam gears
Skunk2 stage one cams
Portflow inner valve springs
ITR Outer valve springs
Exedy clutch
ITR flywheel

and his best is 166whp and 114 torque. he won't really see anymore power without the aid of FI.

the 170 hp is rated at the crank. basically what the motor puts out. on dynos it reads what power you are puting down at the wheels not the crank. usually there is anywhere from a 10-20% loss of power in the drivetrain.

ok my civic which is an ex puts out 127 hp right? while i only get 105 when it is dynoed completely stock. get it.

its ok many people get confused here. it happens

That's at the flywheel. Actual HP to the ground will be 20-30 hp less.
