Insurance Question(16 Yrs Old)

how much would my insurance be if i got insurance for my 1990 Honda CRX DX? i'm only 16 and i know i'll be paying a lot, but how much you guys think it'll cost me a month? How about if i got my own policy? How much would it cost then? Or...if i got my dad to put me under his name, how much you think it'll be? Right now, we have geico, and we pay 78 bucks a month for our 94 Pontiac Grand AM, and like 200 for our 2002 Nissan Xterra. now i'm buying a 90 CRX DX for 800 bucks, and i think my dad will make me get my own insurance. I don't feel like calling up the insurance and ask questions, so i thought it'll be easier to see what others experiences have been. Thanks.

well it depends on the amount of coverage you want, and whether or not your dad puts you under his coverage.

if your on your own, like i was, for basic liability, i was paying about 175/month, now that im older and have taken many courses for full coverage, i only pay 230/month, which is pretty good for NY. if you are under your dads, then your ins would prolly be less than 100bux, but if your ever in an accident or some shit, then ur dads ins will go way up.

CT should be lower than these.

I got a perfect record, no tickets, no accidents, well, one accident, but it wasn't my fault, so it's all good.
