well, sincre Ive been on here asking lots of questions and saying all this stuff Im gonna do, I decided Id better post some pics before I get picked on like SIRII

anyways, this is the car, got it for 2k with the DOHC ZC, autometer tach, rims, lowered, exhaust, and buddy club bumper.


the fender is kinda beat up, and there are a few more dents but overall its pretty straight, plus a friend has that thing off tv that pulls small dents out, and it actually does work, so most of my dents will be gone

the cams/rockers/caps Im getting ready to put in some JE 11:1

I go tired of not being able to work on it so I painted the valve cover so I could do something to my car, looks good, even better while its on the engine

heres the rims/tires. car is pretty low. tires have lots of tread left too, it looks really wide in the back too with the wide tires and squatty hatch.



heres my headers and custom 20 dollar CAI


you cant tell too good in the pics but the ports on the headers are alot smaller than the ones on the head. anybodsy else noticed this when they put on theirs, or is it cuz I got 100 dollar OBX headers? If i took a grinding bit on a drill and enlarged the opening s of the headers to match the head exhaust ports and had the hole taper down to the smaller tube size, instead of big then instantly small, the air will flow alot better right?

which seat you like better?

a couple more of the seats, the drivers is all I gotta do still, and Im doiung the door panels/headliner/dash too, just havent started yet


heres where the moron hung the exhaust too high and it melted the bumper, good thing Im planning on a body kit later

I think I might want it to look like this wiht my front bumper, cuz it is gonna have dual exhaust soon (my friends dad owns a muffler shop, so I can get straight pipe from the header back, Y'ed at axle to 2 mufflers at cost, free install. I was gonna get my cats removed, 2 flowmanster pro's X pipe, any chrome tips, true dual on my mustang for 105 installed. I saw that mufflers they reccomend to sell for like 130 bucks they get em for like 20 bucks)


Im gonna paint this on the hood too, all blue except flames are gonna be silver with blue tips(hood is rattle canned, good paintjob someday)

I'd definitley port match the headers before installation. Those headers look highly restrictive and yes I think it's because they're OBX. I have JDM ITR headers so no I never had that problem but many other companies I know have to be port matched. Your CAI, looks extremely ghetto but hey, it should work. I have an AEM one I can sell if you want it. As far as the hood design, I don't think you should but then again it is yours so go for it if you like it.

thats nice. keep us updated. yes match port the header, that looks ridiulously small. i like that hood design, but i think it needs something more, looks too plain, but thats just my opinion

alright, and for the CAI, it isnt permanent, I did it cuz when I bought the car, it had a 4 inch long intake with a torn coupler, coupler didnt fit anyways, and the intake was cracked anyways so this is a major improvement over that.

I will get AEM V2 someday, unless I go turbo, still havent decided, if I did, would it work well wihtoiut going vtec, or would I have much more power wiht the same boost with a vtec head? and if I go FI, i wil drop to like 9.5:1 or so.

and for the hood, it is only spray painted white right now, so i wont be ruining a good paint job or anything, and this way, when I do paint it I will know if it looks good or not.

I had one drawn that had flames coming out of the H and off of the top, but liked this one more, I thought that too, but cant think of anything else to put, I still might change it a bit before putting it on. what If i had flames starting at the front of the hood, all the way from side to side, but in the center shorter flames, and above them put that H. ill post a quick drawing in a sec. I dont think I could do that big of flames though and not have them look dumb.
