'97 Civic - How do I remove lock actuator?
My '97 Civic (keyless entry) EX has a broken door lock actuator. I have a replacement but can't figure out how to remove the old one. I removed the door inside panel and can see and touch the actuator, can remove the three screws on the door latch, but the window track is in the way to remove the lock/actuator mechanism. Is there and easier way?

if you can't get the screws out, just get an impact screwdriver at autozone for $10 and use that and a hammer to break the screws loose. then you just disconnect the rods going to the door lock and the wire harness and it should slide down and out.
