01 alero problem

Okay, So i did the intake gaskets on my 3.4 alero. get done fire it up and it misses. The code is a cyl 5 misfire. it seems like ive tried alot of things and the thing still idles horrible and chugs along. What are all the possible things that could be wrong. Car ran fine before this aswell. All connectors plugged in and plug wires on right coils. Help my brain hurts

Had 30 psi of compression on that cyl. push rods look straight. Im at a loss

Pulled lower back off and all the cylnders had a slight trace of coolant in them probably from pulling it off and #5 had a bunch in it? Reasons why?
