Revell '41 Willys Decal Question
I was at the Good Guys car show in Pleasanton, CA yesterday and was impressed with a '41 Willys on display in the model car contest. The Revell Willys was was painted balck and had a streaming red, white and blue flag decal along each side of the car. It looked great.
Also, I'm sure I saw the same black paint and flag decal scheme on a Willys in Scale Auto magazine. My question is does this "flag" decal come with the Revell Willys kit or is it aftermarket? Thanks, Jeff |

Re: Revell '41 Willys Decal Question
I have the Big John Gasser and the Street rod versions and they did not come with the flag decal. I think Revell made a 3rd black version but, I don't remember the details. Could the decal be from the USA 1 monster truck?

Re: Revell '41 Willys Decal Question
If you have a picture of it I may be able figure out who the builder is, I had the gunmetal Corolla and the green/black C6 Vette on the mirror steps.
As for the Willys, they came as the street rod, Big John, and the Stone, Woods & Cook
