wont turn over

I have replaced the starter,battery and cables,coil and recent timing belt about a year ago.What would cause my kia rio cinco with automatic transmission to without sound or warning lights come to a smooth stall out and now will not turn over even with all the above parts replaced.???? Please help.Thanks

Check your battery terminals, and make sure you cant twist by hand.
Doe's everything go dead?

Yes checked and changed battery cables,battery,coil,and starter.When I turn key all I hear is the engagement of the starter But not the turn over of the fly wheel.The radio light do go out though when the key is fully turned over and I hear the engagement happening. Any idea? And Thanks for the reply.
