97 Auto dim mirror w/compass pod

hi guys, have a question for you as I think these things seem to be a slim to none at the junk yard....I'm trying to find the auto dim rear view mirror w/compass pod for my 97 tc sig series...doing some searching online I am supposed to look for one that has the sensor thing in the middle top of the glass and has a clear square button on the bottom, I just mainly want to get the compass in my dash to work, I figure hey it has the option, so why not do whatever to make it work I found one that looks correct but it doesn't have the pod thing attached to it, the car I got this mirror from was a 95 pontiac bonneville that also had a compass in the dash...if this mirror is not the correct one, can you tell me which mirror it should be? I check ebay but can't seem to find the proper one, is there any other vehicles like mercury mark's that would be compatible or are these mirror's only on the 95-97 town car's?...Thanks in advance guys, as always appreciate the help =)
