Question Just wondering what else it could be?

Hello, my names' brennen and i have 2 cars a 1988 camaro which is my sport project car and my 2001 grand am se...which SHOULD be my daily driver but it isnt. I start it and it almost chokes itself dead and the muffler boggles out alot and then the oil catches up with the motor and the rpms go down and it idles just fine but when i go to drive if i go farther than an inch on the throttle the rpms just fall flat on there face, and what i mean by that is the DROP the go to about 3.5 and just make a loud reving noise and sounds like i should be going some where but it dosnt and on top of that when i do drive it with under an inch into the throttle its 0-60 is like 18 seconds...no joke we timed it its not bad gas, its not my injectors its not the MAS its not the throttle body...CANT FIGURE OUT WHAT IT IS....we was thinking cat being clogged but that makes too much sence lol its never that easy...does anyone else have any imput on this kinda thing everything is a help

Drill a small hole in the exhaust, just before the cat, and see if that makes a difference.
If it runs better then it's definitely the cat.
