Exhaust Manifold question

I have an 89 camaro with an engine swap. The engine came out of a 77 trans am. It's a 350. I'm wanting to put the stock exhaust manifolds on the car instead of headers. My question is should I get a manifold for the 89 or 77? Both years come with Gen 1 motors, so I'm just not sure if I should get the 77 manifolds or the 89 since the 89 is built to fit the body of the car. And they do look significantly different. Any ideas?

Why would you want to put the stock manifolds on, by design they reduce flow and the engine's ability to breath?

'77 T/As did not come with Chevrolet engines in them. Either a 400 Pontiac or a 403 Olds. If the scoop says "6.6 Litre", it's a 403. If it says "T/A 6.6", it's the Pontiac.

Exhaust manifolds from the Pontiac OR Olds will, in no shape or form, "fit" the Chevy engine. If your engine is truly a 350 Chevy, the manifolds that fit the car will also fit the engine. If, for some reason, you have a 350 PONTIAC (bolts right in where 400 was), again, nothing "fits". Putting the Pontiac into the later F-body can be a real "adventure"...

p.s. Wrightz28, you "treed" me... Many people want to remove the headers due to high maintainence and leakage. Cheap headers don't last, either. Unfortunately, most shop with their "wallet" rather than their brain. Cheaper is seldom better...
