Exclamation issues with timing

can anyone please tell me how to set the timing on a 2001 dodge ram 1500 3.9L v6 engine. Just had the engine rebuilt and now having timing issues. thank you so much

I'll go one better, a free 2001 Dodge Ram Factory Service manual.
The download is slow but safe and absolutely worth the wait...I downloaded it and it's exactly like to factory service manual CD I bought a few years ago.
