Front wheel vibrations............Galant 4cyl.2000

I have some vibration on my steering. It actually feels as if I have square wheels. It is not a wheel balance problem I don't think because it is always there. Not at a specific speed.
Any ideas would be appreciated................thanks.

Bent rim or bad tire are the most likely causes. It is possible that it is a wheel bearing.
