could use a little help please

my wife's 06 malibu classic has lost power to the following items; fuel gauge, temp gauge, cruise control, power windows, a/c and heater controls, and radio when the engine is running. the car runs fine, all the lights and work but i just seem to have lost power to the forementioned items. Ive checked all fuses both on driver and passenger side dash panels, and also under the hood, also checked all connections under the driver side dash but everything checks out.....any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...thanks in advance for your comments. (sorry for poor sentence structure (: )

You checked the large 60a fuses for continuity not just look at them?
