blower motor 2001 grand am

there is no power going to the blower motor, i replaced the blower motor as i had it checked out and it was dead, all fuses that i could find are good, i pulled the resistor and it appears good as it is the newer one with a circuit board with a grid but i have no idea how to test it, next i got a switch from the boneyard thinking it might be the switch, no help, as i stated there is no power going to the blower motor at any speed on the switch, is there maybe a fusable link some where that i haven't checked

i believe that there are 2 fuses for the blower system is there a rely that could be bad or is there another fuse someplace

My manual show 3 possible fuses:
- driver side: fuse L (bottom right) (IPC/ HVAC Head, Cluster, Data
HVAC BATT Link Connector)
- passenger side: fuse D (left, the 3rd one) (HVAC HVAC Blower Motor
BLOWER)
- hood fusebox: fuse 53 (top, almost center, between 2 relays) HVAC Blower (Climate Control )

and 1 possible relay:
- hood fusebox: relay 13 (top, almost center) HVAC Blower (Climate Control)

right all 3 fuses are good and i swapped a relay still nothing

was it a new blower motor you installed? if not i would yank it ,give it 12 volts to make sure its good.you can check the resistors just by looking at the board ,a bad one has the little 'tracks' burned out .it runs the first four speeds and the relay does high ,so even if its bad you would still get high speed but you say you get nothing so its probably ok
