Leather seat advice

I just bought an 05 Expedition 43,000 miles with the light tan leather seats. No cuts or breaks, but definitely never seen any conditioner and they probably used glass cleaner every time on them. I was going to first use Meguiars leather cleaner. Then, here is where I need some advice, some spots and large areas of the leather look white. What can or should I use to get the whole thing back to a nice light tan color? After I get the color back, then I'll use a leather conditioner. After growing up with vinyl in 60's convertibles and burning my legs in shorts, I have always preferred cloth seats. This is for my wife and she insisted that whatever we got, it had leather. I want to do what I can to save them before the wife, kids and dogs do put rips in them.

The white spots are where some kind of liquid sat on the leather for way to long and made the leather soft at that spot. You my not be able to restore the tan color at those spots. I would use turtle wax brand leather cleaner and conditioner.
It sprays on easily and it's what I believe the best product on the market for normal cleaning and restoration. I have a 2001 Eddie Bauer 140,000 with tan leather and it looks great! Condition your seats at least every three months or as needed. Hope this helps.
