is my teg ready for a tune?

i recently purcahsed a 2001 integra gsr with a b18c, intake, intake man.,trottle body, full epexi exaust. the car was not tuned. it runs great but should i get it tuned? and if i get it tuned what is the tune going to do for me? am i going to have to buy an ecu for it?
