2004 blend door motor

I have a 2004 Silverado with the dual climate control. Driver side motor is snapping and clicking like it is trying to close the door to the coldest position. i think the plastic gear has lost a section of teeth. does anyone have a picture showing how to remove the blend door motor? i'm not sure on this truck how the heater box comes apart to swap the motor.

It is usually mounted on top or front top of heater box.
Look there and feel it to be sure you have found it.
Remove it and make sure it is the gears stripped and check blend door by hand to be sure it is not broke or stuck causing gears to strip.

There is a how to down in the s-10 how to section.
That may help.
Or.
