Unknown for the moent but I'm not doubting the possibility. Think DET might me much simpler and cheaper however.

Yup I think the DET would be simpler. With enough money you can put anything into the G20. I think the QR25DE swap might be a bit more involved. Different wiring harness and it's electronic throttle and probably a bunch of gotch-yas I'm not aware of.

haha i think that's what i will do with the money if i win lotto
won't buy an M5
but will build a G20 with an RB26DET ..tune it well over 500whp...
get the whole car strengthen and set up right...

race a ferrari
just like "fast and the furious"
and kick some asses
coz no one will ever think that a G20 can go THAT fast

get the number plate "V12 ETA"

If you're only looking for 500hp, a seriously built up SR20DET would be able to do that. A drag racer here in Arizona is pushing 500hp to the front wheels at 22psi of boost, and there is still a lot left. I think he has made runs in excess of 600hp, but that's what I've heard, never actually saw it, but I know the car is capable of it. The other issue here would be traction. Good luck. With that much hp he spins drag slicks!!! Street tires would probalby spin in every gear, except maybe 5th, I don't know how that would work (never drove a 500hp fwd car). But if you're serious, there are people out there that could do this for not that much money (all things considered). I know it would be a LOT less than a $140,000.00 RB26dett swap. but a rb26dett would allow you a TON of bragging rights
