Fan Relay Location

Hi, I have a 1989 buick lesabre 3.8 FWD. Does anyone know where the fan relay is located? my a/c will not turn on and nor will the fans even when the car gets to operaitng temp. I checked all fuses and they are good. I jumped wired the fans and they work. Also is the fan cirucit connectd to the A/C system? I live in south GA and its hot down hear! Thanx

On later models many relays are in the under hood fuse block, not sure about the '89 model year.
