Im new to this so excuse me..

I have a 1995 bonneville i bought my wife not long ago and there is a few things wrong with it cant complain for the price but one of them is the climate control panel.. it didnt work when i got it i tried putting another one in and when i did nothing still worked the fan wont turn on or anything but when i changed it out now there is a bad vacuum leak coming out of the panel and like i said nothing still isnt working so if anyone can help please let me know.. you can tell me on here or e-mail and i can give my number for person to person details... That can't be properly diagnosed on the net, I suppose you got a used one? The vacuum valve or bad hose connection is what you hear. Checked the fuses?

yes as a matter of fact i have been working on it quite a bit today and i found the problem it in fact was the the fuse the one under hood because the people who had the car kept running the fan after it went out and it blew it ... but i am still having one more problem none of the lights work anywhere on the dash but all the headlights still work.. any diagnoses?

Could be the dimmer switch in the h'lite switch is turned down or off. Or there is a seperate one on the dash?

The Dimmer switch is a common problem with the 94-95 Bonnevilles... You could possibly find a melted connector as well...
