1999 Bonneville SSEi fog lamp relay location

I have a 99 Bonneville with fog lamps stuck on. I removed the fuse (6D 15A) in the under column fusebox, and the lamps go off. replacing the fuse, the lights come back on, even with ignition off. I disconnect the battery, when re-connected relay is still stuck on.


Where is the Fog Lamp Relay??



It's Not: in the relay bank in the engine compartment on the firewall below the fuse panel.

Under the dash on the passenger side. Should be the lowest relay, position A.
