2003 grand marquis hood liner
I bought one today at the junk yard for my 03 crown vic. It fits perfectly. I only have a minor question, are they made of fiberglass or asbestos? I had to cut the hole for the hood light with a box cutter and it fell apart like fiberglass, but I'm not completely sure. It was flying everywhere so there's a chance I got some of that in my lungs, I guess I shoulda just worn a mask. Thanks in advance.

Re: 2003 grand marquis hood liner
I don't think they use asbestos in much of anything anymore. Atleast in end user stuff like on cars.
Either way, it's not good to get in your lungs, but it's not something I haven't done already. Our old attic was full of the fiberglass insulation and you couldn't not inhale it.
