What do I need to change out
Hi, my car has 189,000 mile on it and I was wondering what I need to look out for as parts wearing out break downs and parts up grades and what nots? I have change the alternator, put a bigger sway bar on the rear, upgraded my brakes and brake lines, clutch line, sturt tower bars front and rear, have 18" stagger fit wheels to put on, lowering kit to put on(may need some good instruction on installing that). Just thing to look out for as the car gets older.

Re: What do I need to change out
Check the FAQ under 60k/120k tuneup. Essentially, all the belts, pulleys, oil & water pumps. Then just keep an eye on the wear & tear stuff: brakes, struts, etc.
If it\'s a TT and has original hoses/tubing, it probably has a few hundred vacuum leaks you could pressure test for.

Your 1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 is the 92nd out of the 315 that were made that year. Only 21 of which are exactly identical. |
