98 Rodeo center cap spring washers ???

Anyone know where to get these things. Didn't even notice they were missing until I was riding with the window down (I don't do that much here in the deep south, ha), and heard some rattling. Come to find out that there was only 1 or 2 spring washers on each center cap. Do they even make these things anymore ? I can't find em anywhere !!!!!!!!

I've bought them at Napa. I might have had to buy them in a kit with a lug nut, washer and spring washer all together. I don't remember.
