ABS ACTIVE indicator on

have a 96. Just had the pads and rotors replaced. about a week later the ABS ACTIVE indicator illuminates when the brakes are applied. About 60% of the time that is. Could a wheel speed sensor have been knocked of kilter?

Perhaps loose or damaged. Take the vehicle back to whomever did the job.
