96 Park Avenue Gauges Fuse blows

The Gauge fuse in position 1D keeps blowing.The heated seats and compass mirror are on that same fuse.The fuse just sporadicaly blows.I can not trace it with a short circuit detector tester.I have disconnected the heated seats and mirror for now and see if the fuse blows again.Is there a common problem or other ideas?
