93 mazda won't start sometimes
The old starter gave out and i replaced it, the new starter was working well till it started making clicking noises when i tried to start the car. I was told it could be the battery. Used another battery and it was the same thing, so i replace the starter since it had warranty, but it was the same thing. The place where i got it said it was probably a problem with the neutral switch having a drop volatage. How can i check this or fix it?

Re: 93 mazda won't start sometimes
Have you checked all your wires that lead from the battery to there prospective places??? I realize you have the starter side of it probably tight.. but what about the ground? a weak connection on either of these wires can cause this.. also, have you had anyone check the battery out?do a full deep scan on it? if not, pull it out, and take it to walmart that has a Tire & Lube express.. or a checkers or autozone, ect...
Once you get the results, it might be you just need a replacement of your battery.. I would suggest going to wal-Mart's Tire & Lube, batteries are awesome, and competitivly priced.. I prefer EverStart over duralast/duracrap anyday.. and if you travel alot and you have a problem with that battery, you can stop at any wal-mart, with battery in hand, have it tested and replaced within the warranty period... |
