Speedometer instrument cluster going to zero
I have an early model 2005 Freestyle SEL. I am having problems with the speedometer / insturment cluster going to zero, because of a bad circuit board. Ford Service Bulletin TSB 06-17-9. Rather than spend the $380 for a new Ford replacement part, I have found several on E-Bay. Does anyone know if the Limited model instrument cluster cable connection is compatible with the SEL connector.

the connectors are the same however you will still need a dealership to install the I/C. it is a programmable module!
