94 1500 fuel pump problem

My brother in law has a 94 chevy 350 auto w/130000 miles. Theres nothing coming from the fuel pump. Is there a fuel pump relay? My 88 does but cant seem to locate one on his. The fuel pump was tested and its good.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Does it have 12 volt power to it and good ground.
If not jumper 12 volts to it and see if it runs and pumps.
Can you hear fuel pump come on key on 2 second prime up?

Yes the fuel pump relay is right rear engine compartment behind the black plastic cover.
Check for 12 volts on the orange wire to it .
The gray wire from it power fuel pump.
But there is also a inline fuse there to fuel pump.
Make sure that fuse is good
