91 Civic Help

So, just bought my very first car, 91 Civic 1.6 engine. Everything was fine until on the way home noticed the speedometer wasn't working (what a time to finally notice that, huh?)

Tried looking at the fuses, but quite frankly I'm not sure which fuse controls the speedometer. None of them are busted, however a few of the 10's aren't registering as having any current go through them (but the lights and things that they control actually work).

Ideas and help please?
